The other day, I introduced a Japanese gyudon chain restaurant. Many gyudon chain stores are open 24 hours a day, and they have a morning menu during the morning hours. Some restaurants also have lunch menus during the day and dinner menus at night. I think morning menus first started being served in coffee shops in Japan. Breakfast at a coffee shop near Nagoya is famous. It is now available at McDonald's, hamburger shops, and family restaurants. This time, we will introduce the morning menu provided by the gyudon chain restaurant.
Sukiya
We have the standard grilled salmon and mackerel set meals, egg-cooked rice set meals, sausage and egg set meals, and bacon and egg set meals. My personal favorite is the ``Mazenokke Gohan'' set meal. Sprinkle okra, hot spring eggs, and bonito flakes over rice. The key point is that you can enjoy it with soy sauce for egg-cooked rice. It also comes with miso soup and a small side of beef, making it cost-effective and nutritionally balanced. It used to be cheaper.
I think it's unique to Sukiya that you can customize it in many ways, such as toppings such as natto and seaweed, and the ability to change miso soup to pork soup.
Matsuya
There are the standard grilled salmon set meals and egg-cooked rice set meals, but my favorite is the sausage and egg set meal. The sausage comes with a fried egg, salad, miso soup, seaweed, rice and rice. If you order the double set meal, you can get two fried eggs! Also, sausage eggs can be added separately or cheaply!
It has good cost performance and is recommended when you want to eat a hearty meal in the morning. Matsuya has a wide variety of set menus that can be eaten during the day, so I often go there during the day or at night.
Yoshinoya
There are the standard grilled fish set meals, beef bowl and natto set meals, but above all, it's the ham and egg set meal that is served on a thermal plate! You can eat it piping hot, just like when you order a hamburger at a family restaurant. Also, I liked grated whitebait. I always added grated whitebait to my ham and egg set meal. It's not on the menu right now.
But Yoshinoya is all about gyudon, so I usually order gyudon even in the morning. That's what sets us apart from other chain stores.
In the morning, I change my morning menu depending on my mood. Among them, there is a high probability of choosing ``Mazenokke Gohan'' set. I sometimes add natto or grilled fish. The soy sauce for egg-cooked rice is only used in the morning, and the nutritional balance is good.
All of the restaurants have good cost performance, and some menus are only available in the morning, so be sure to give them a try.
